There’s lots of online chatter that his biceps are actually the result of plastic surgery since he appears very out of shape and skinny in his forarms and other places that would get a workout had he truly gotten his biceps the natural way. I’m no expert but that’s what I’ve been reading by actual body builders and exercise fanatics.
