    Endeavor to persevere.

Speaking of Chief Dan George, I know this is “off topic”, but he was also a poet:

The beauty of the trees, the softness of the air,the fragrance of the grass,…speaks to me.

The summit of the mountain, the thunder of the sky,the rhythm of the sea,…speaks to me.

The faintness of the stars, the freshness of the morning, the dew drop on the flower,…speaks to me.

The strength of fire, the taste of salmon, the trail of the sun,and the life that never goes away,…They speak to me.

    And my heart soars.

    —Chief Dan George

It somewhat reminds me of the alternate titles “A Creep in the Deep” or “Will Success Spoil Boris Badenov”?In this case it could be “The Triumph of Boredom” or “Ennui Prevails”!

Wow Omnius, from reading your previous comments you sure have an obsession with tea baggers, why is that?

The difference between your comment and Omnius’s is that yours isn’t worded so as to be insulting. Also, Omius somehow manages to make insulting comments about the Tea Party nearly every day. Everyone is entitled to his/her opinions, but they don’t need to slam those that differ from them.

It reminds me of the biggest snowman Calvin ever made—the one looking over the horizon.

Calvin definitely is the precursor of tea baggers, too lazy and stupid to finish anything.

Yet AGAIN with the political talk where it’s just not wanted?!?!? REALLY?!?!?!? Did you NOT read what I begged of you the other day when it comes to this subject?!?!? You know, the part where I said the election is over . . . your democrat president won yet again . . . so get over it and PLEASE MOVE ON?!?!?! This crap is not wanted here and yet, here it is!!! Apparently, your unfortunate perseverance bordering on the obsessive when it comes to this subject matter is a lot higher than Calvin’s today (regarding the building of his snowman) . . . and it appears as though MINE on this exact same BORING subject is going to have to be, as well!!!!! Just what I needed on this day of all days . . . for you to be the nasty, pitted, sour cherry on the sundae that has been my life since I got up this morning!

As for the rest of my C&H friends here, sorry for the tirade. As you can tell, I’m having a bad day and this just really pushed me over the edge. Hopefully the next time I comment here, I’ll be having a much better day!

And worse yet, if you roll the bottom one so it’s too big to put anything on top of it, then watcha gonna do?

Calvin’s not the only one bored today . . . so am I! Maybe he’s going inside for some hot chocolate? Good idea! I need some chocolate too. Maybe it’ll help out . . . at least a little bit. Here’s hoping, anyhow!
