Offtopic: I entered the C&H contest. Doubt Iâll win but itâs great reading the entries.http://blogs.gocomics.com/2013/03/complete-calvin-and-hobbes-paperback-collection-giveaway.html
Did anyone else have a âSuper Heroâ alter ego as a kid? My siblings and I, born within five years of each other and so our own built-in-the-family playmates, had a repertoire of several each, which we alternately played with and off each other. Some had costumes, such as Stupendous Man with capes and all, and others were entirely imagination. The good OLâ days.
@Thirdguy,âWinning a moral victory depends entirely on your morals.âor (alternate title from Rocky and Bullwinkle) If you donât have principles, you go to the principal!
This is one of the saddest sequences I have ever read. They have taken away the one thing that he did well in, and said that it is BAD. I wouldnât have been walking casually away, I would have been in the fetal position inconsolable!

Hard to believe he flunked the test,Would it not be fun if we could see his answers, then write the test ourselves
rentier about 12 years ago
Calvin must learn to be more a winner and not a test flunker!!
GROG Premium Member about 12 years ago
I donât think youâd want Stupendous Man back to write another test, Calvin. I doubt he studied any more than you did.
