tucci, I agree with lutherg1. aside from that empirical evidence over the past 40 years tells me that climate change is happening. Everything from trees budding time to birds going north to different bugs to the gact that Korean octopus fishermen are seeing their catch move further north due to increased water temps around Chai Du Do Island-scientists have proven the increased water temps. To the fact that the Artic Ocean became ice free for the first time in 14 million years. While ice reflects sunlight, dark water absorbs it. Then we have the permafrost melting in Alaska. And of course the glaciers melting rapidly in Glacier National Park, along with everywhere else in the world. India and China get 90% of their fresh water from glacier melt. The melt has increased drastically over the last 40 years. And when those glaciers are gone, where will China and India(along with the many small countries hugging the edges of China and India get potable water? We are entering the second year of a major drought in the plains states. They also grow a lot of our grain crops. Weather patterns all over the world are changing. It is snowing almost every winter now in England. 50 years ago, it wasn’t. Up yo 40 or so years ago the Great Lakes froze all the way across every winter. Now they don’t. Shipping continues longer every year. Global climate change is happening, whether you believe it or not. The science is there, empirical evidence over the past 40 years says its happening.
It’s also a ruling with precisely the same “empirical” data that got us into Iraq rather than focusing on Afghanistan, and to tell us to “go shopping”after 9/11.
Hmmm, never even heard of “anchoring” until now. But then again, I only get THAT bored with life that I only play once a year or so.
BTW, on the global warming issue. Nature is cyclical. Two or three thousand years from now the Earth will probably be cooling off, and people then will fly off in a tizzy about that.

As for me, I just hope the PGA will still let me use the handle of my putter to strike the ball. I just gotta keep my chalk in my pocket.
