When Calvin’s mother said she saw his teacher one summer day at the grocery store, Calvin thought teachers slept in coffins all summer.

Her hair looks like Peekaboo’s tail.

Cut and paste, change the color and presto, Peekaboo’s tail.

Woah….. Teachers have fun on snow days?? This is too hard to believe.

Another illusion shattered.

I never gave any thought to what teachers did on snow days. I was too busy having fun on mine, or going out shovelling snow for money with my brother.

Awesome!

I remember how shocking it was to see one of my teachers in a mundane setting. Then I grew up, became a teacher and had to laugh when my students would see me in a mundane setting. Hey, teachers are people too and we do like to have fun. And music teachers can really cut loose.

I like this teacher.

I always love seeing Ms. Harris shattering people’s assumptions!
