That was kind of an unfair word because, like other commenters said, there are many spellings for “Maze.” There is “Maize,” which is another word for corn. There is “Mays,” which is a maiden or a virgin. And there is “Maze,” which is a pathway with turns and dead ends. But of course, Charlie Brown said the wrong one, because he is Charlie Brown!
