Gotta be remembered this is the same couple that put up with Shannon in order to give Luann her virtual date. Never forget their noble sacrifice!

Very few pics of me in all the hundreds of my kid. That’s cause “I” was the one who took them!! lol

I can’t be certain about now, but, we do know that in the past (old strips), that Tiff DID stuff… of course she was only 13 at that time

If you look at Lu’s parents, imagine Nancy as a blonde, and Frank with curly hair and a slightly smaller nose, and you have Luann & Gunther, in their late 40s

I agree with Nancy I have been there with the "get out of my face with that da** camera, but I also agree with Brdshtt, I wish I had more pictures of my mom, through the years mom was mostly the one with the camera, ah the memories of that good ole Brownie.

I’m not in any pictures of the family ’cuz i was taking the pictures.

A “Luann tale” being a tale about the character the strip is named for.

The real reason? 90% of the time, she was the one taking the pictures.

Our kids were born in early spring,but not so many pics of mom in her bathing suits at the beach later in the summer,darn it. She nursed them and she looked great. Take pics of mom too,dads.

No WAY she’s a “cougar”. She’s a mature woman who really LOVES her man (like me) ;-)

I don’t get many photos of myself when “dressed up”. This avatar is from last year (2011) and taken by a fellow reenactor who selt me a copy. I was happy that many photos were taken at my daughter’s “white party” last July but the color in this one make it easier to spot locations of my comments when scrolling. I like to see little Fitzroy, too. His ashes now reside in a pretty brass box next to Cuddles taxidermy.

They aren’t sick or sickos. They are satisfied with their place in the Luanniverse, They are models of what life might be for many.-But they would have little to interest most readers. They aren’t conflicted as to with whom to mate. They aren’t doing stupid things such as fill the newspapers and gossip subjects. They aren’t risking incarceration or death by foolish actions.-Yet somehow I like them as they take on supporting roles in the dramas of their children‘s lives.

in my pictures mom and dad were in them cause grandma took them the other way around cause mom took them so grandpa and grandma were in them wish I knew how to upload I’d upload a few…plus their ’68 Pontiac Catalina that was a land boat was in two of them
