Worse than the fast food calorie charts is the sodium content in fast food found on those charts. For those of us who are salt sensitive, we have very few choices when eating out.

The prices alone are discouraging enough for me.

I thought they were counting down the days until Christmas.

Because I only eat out at restaurants about once a month, I don’t worry too awful much about the calorie count when I do — especially since I do pretty good regarding what I eat at home fat/salt/sugar/calorie-wise all the rest of the time. Gotta be able to enjoy life at least a little bit every now and then!!!!!

Hello and Happy Monday, fellow “Cathy” fans. Hope everyone had a really nice day today.

lightenup Having dealt too often with water where it was not supposed to be (twice from the hot water tank in the past 6 years) you have my understanding and sympathy. Hopefully the repairs you are making now will prevent any other problems for years to come. (Hint – there are two thicknesses of copper pipe for residential use – get the thick one – that is if you are replacing with copper and not plastic)I also hope your mother is continuing to recover.

Yup—some things are better left unsaid … and unknown.
