Good morning Cathy clan! Thanks lightenup. I have a couple of last minute things to get but otherwise I’m done. I have everything wrapped that I already had. My big problem is that my oven is on the fritz and the place can’t come to fix it until Christmas Eve.

lightenup: All our shopping is done and I got most of it wrapped last night. I’m hosting dinner for a small group of people again this year so still on my to-do list: finish wrapping the rest of the gifts, clean the house, prep the food [including my homemade pumpkin pies . . . the “Libby’s” way, of course!], and because my husband was a Christmas Day baby, I always make him his favorite peanut butter cake [with peanut butter frosting] every year for his birthday. WHEW!!!!! :-P

Shopping done, gifts wrapped, tree (real) will be completely decorated by tonight. Not sure what happened this year – way ahead of schedule. Now if the weather cooperates so my daughters can get home for Christmas I will be very happy.
