If Irving really wants Julie back on the wedding invite list, now’s the time to say something. After all, she’s just a friend . . . as opposed to Cathy wanting to invite someone she was once crazy in love with but who never gave her the time of day (if he even knew who she was to begin with) — just to rub his face in it and let him know what he “missed” by “ignoring and rejecting” her. If Cathy still says no, then Irving should insist on Raymond being struck off the list too. After all, it’s just as much his wedding as it is hers and he should have just as much say when it comes to the guest list as she does. Besides, if the “no exes allowed” agree-ment they made applies to women who are only friends of his, then it should doubly apply in a situation like Cathy’s where she would have gone out with the guy if only he had known she existed back then (and he was interested in her, of course).

lindz.coop (from yesterday): You were half-right! I had com-pletely forgotten that Alex did, indeed, get married (but not to anyone Cathy knew) and not only did she attend the event, she also took Irving with her as her date (Googling it took me all the way back to late September, 2012 to find it). Looking back at the comments during that period of time, though, makes me feel really sad because that’s when we still had dear friends Aaron and Dr. Billy here with us and that, in turn, just makes me miss them even more than I already always do. I wish with all my heart that they’d come back to us but I hope wherever they are, what-ever they’re doing, that they’re safe, happy, and doing well.
