She’s lost it completely. Even Cathy is rolling her eyes..Even if they had the money to invite over 1,000 people, it would be so crowded that no one would really be able to focus on the wedding. .Hello Cathy clan! Wednesday already? Eek. :-)

I have seen way to many weddings that were held to show off the family’s wealth (usually non-existent) or their connections in ‘society’ or whatever and not to celebrate the union of two people. Such a waste.

Knowing from the start that they were working with a $10,000.00 budget, how on earth could they let it get so out of control like this? At $45.00/person x’s 1,067 people (not including the wait-ress and her extended family because surely, they’re not goingto attend the wedding of strangers?!), the cost of this “little shin-dig” has now ballooned up to $48,015.00! The venue Cathy and Irving chose can only hold 125 people so I’m now wondering what they’re going to do. Will they whittle the number of guests down to that much more reasonable amount, therefore getting them back on their original budget . . . or will they go into debtup to their eyeballs by inviting over a thousand people (half of which the couple probably doesn’t know or maybe even like!), which will push them over-budget by $38,015.00 (and count-ing)? I can’t wait to find out!!! ;-)
