Cathy: Salad with fat-free dressing, oat bran roll and steamed spinach......No. Fred lost 35 pounds on high protein. I'll have a steak!...No. Jan's nutritionist says a fruit fast is essential. I'll have fruit!...No. Susan's done great on high grain, minimal protein. I'll have rice!...No. No grains. No. High fiber! Lactose-free! Fat-free! Vegan! Red meat! AAACK! Dinner is ruined. I brought too many diets home from the office again.

For heaven’s sake, cook a bit of each for a balanced meal, and call it a day! Quit acting so….so….Cathy-like!!

The only real diet that works is, eat less. The only exercise that works, is, push yourself away from the loaded plate on the table.
