Cathy Classics by Cathy Guisewite for October 07, 2015
Transcript:
Mr. Pinkley: Of course we're pleased that so many employees are choosing to stay healthy with regular checkups...but how are we supposed to get anything done with half our people out at diagnostic screenings?? Cathy: We're all professionals, Mr. Pinkley. No one leaves without a portable Wi-Fi router so he or she can set up an instant mini hot spot from any clinic and stay in constant contact. Mr. Pinkley: Wow. Live video of Brad's endoscopy. Cathy: And pop-up window of Ed's gall bladder scan. Voice: Deli cart's here. Any orders?

TMI! Don’t need to see that! I also don’t want to see any other personal things that people feel the need to share, like bodily fluids, the bloody holes in their kids’ mouths from teeth that fell out, a gash from an accident, etc. Call me uncaring, but I don’t even want to see an ultrasound of people’s fetuses. The grandparents want to see it, but most of the time it just looks like a blob. I’m thrilled people are pregnant, but show me the end result, not the work in progress..Hello Cathy clan!Sis, I hear you! Good luck with your husband! Fortunately mine is pretty good at doctor visits (sometimes better than I am), but he wasn’t like this when I met him. LOL, lindz.coop!
