    Ok, I knew – I thought- that Guisewite had retired the strip. But I swear I’ve never seen this one before, and there’ve been many others lately where I would’ve bet money that they hadn’t been published previously. Surely the strip isn’t back into production? Or IS it?

    I do Solution A all the time and have no problem with it. You look funny while doing it, but it does work. The key is to have a sealed tight container.

    I don’t have much to say about today’s comic because I preferred sandwiches or leftovers for lunch when I was working. I like salads better when they are freshly prepared, whether in my home or in a restaurant..Hello Cathy clan! I’m back! Well actually we got home yesterday, but there’s all the craziness with laundry and grocery shopping. It was a good vacation overall. I mostly caught up on my sleep, although I’m sort of going back to being tired again thanks to the usual “back to reality” stuff. Anyway, I’m glad I missed a week of crazy MIL strips last week because they remind me of mine. Eek! Have a great week everyone!

    Been there…done that….before I learned you just can’t take salads for lunch. Of course you could get around it by putting enough goodies (olives, chick peas, egg, cheese) on your salad and using flavorful lettuces (arugula) & spices (mint, basil, tarragon, fennel) so that you don’t need the dressing.
