Eh, why wait for permission? Enjoy life (without going overboard). I love chocolate and wine, so I have a couple of squares of dark chocolate when I want and a glass of wine or dessert every so often. My only requirement is that it has to be good quality. I enjoy it more and it seems totally worth it more than eating a bad tasting dessert.
Hello Cathy friends! Happy Friday! It’s been a great day! I had coffee with my friend that I’ve had a falling-out with recently. We only talked about superficial things, but that’s fine. Then I went to the chiropractor and she adjusted my knee that has been hurting since October, moving a bone that was out of place. Amazingly, it feels totally fine now so that must have been the problem. I’m hoping that I can stop physical therapy now, yay! Have a great weekend all!
