    Perhaps if you left your snacks in different locations. Eat your way from house to house or around the park.

    It’s probably better just to eat when you are hungry. And many times when you think you are hungry, you actually just need to drink some water. I’ve also found that a good snack (with fiber and protein) keeps me full longer than a junky snack.
