If she was there only twice, I’m betting no one there knows who she is.

Trust me, Cathy. Nobody at the gym knows or cares. They’re too busy worrying about their own workouts!

Totally agree with LeeCox. Unless you are in some high profile LA gym, no one pays attention to anyone else. We all just want to do our workouts and move on with our day. In fact, I think it’s pretty awesome to see someone who is just starting to work out because it means they are trying. Good for them! (And I don’t see you going to the gym at all, Irving, so keep your dumb comments to yourself!)

Hello Cathy friends! Happy Tuesday! Have a great day, all!

I did spend some time at a gym once – installing software at the front desk. Although I did spend 20 minutes on a treadmill as the manager challenged me when I said I could probably out-walk her. Thankfully I was able to keep ahead of her. Walking is about the only thing I would be good at in the gym as that type of environment does not really suit me. Now, dance class, that is good healthy exercise!

Beautiful sunshine here today. Snow actually melting a little. If it keeps up like this (snow one day and sunshine the next) we should see the grass again about November – just in time for winter again. I hope your day is full of sunshine too.

Yup—I, too, am guilty of going to the gym a long time ago and … [cough] not-returning-for-way-too-long. Really ought to give it a try again.

    HI, MOM. Hello, Clan.
