The only way to shop!

That’s my husband. He orders everything online.

Today, it’s the only way to shop. You can even get tailored suits and shirts online now.

I’m just glad he didn’t do it while driving to the mall…

Buying clothes and shoes online is the WORST. Nothing ever fits or even looks the way it’s supposed to! I shop online for pretty much everything else, but those particular items will always and forever be an in-person experience only.

Amazon for the win. It would be ironic if they were in the Sears parking lot.

I do a lot of clothes shopping online, but only if I know how their clothes fit and also if it is easy to return them without paying shipping costs. I am not easy to buy clothing for because I don’t have a standard shape, so I mostly buy from the same stores because I know how their clothes fit. I will say that companies are getting better at detailing information about the fit and sizing of their clothes.

I don’t order clothes online because I like to look at, touch and try things on first before buying them to make sure they fit right and look good on me because I just don’t want to go through all the hassle (and sometimes expense) of returning something that didn’t work out the way I had hoped it would. The only exception: there’s a certain brand and type of sweater that Kohl’s carries every year that I’ll buy online because I know they’ll fit, they often have a lot more colors available there than they do in-store and if something happens and I have to return my purchase for any reason, they make it really easy and convenient to do so.

As for Irving, he could have been MUCH more efficient by ordering his clothes online from home rather than trekking all the way down to the mall, wasting time and gas in the process, only to end up doing it from his car in the parking lot instead. He’s been a real a dum-dum in more ways than one lately! :-/

I usually only buy tried and true online…and then only if I can take it back to the store and not pay shipping costs again if it doesn’t fit.
