I learned something new today. Now to take action. Convince my wife to stop buying new purses and rush out and get myself a new wallet. Somehow I don’t think that is going to go over very well.

Definitely autumn now. Most of the trees have change colour – a lot of yellow – and the geese have been stopping off on their way south. Then last night the temperature dipped below freezing. Glad today is sunny and a little warmer.

I hope you are all safe – especially if you are in the path of Ian.

I don’t want, nor do I “need”, a new and expensive designer purse, but what the heck! If it’ll get me a houseboat on the lake or an RV for traveling to places I’ve always wanted to go (but probably never will), then, hey, I’m TOTALLY willing to make that monetary “sacrifice”! ;-)
