At least you have a nice, warm Unicorn to sit on, Phoebe! It tends to get rather cold in my house when it gets down to -30º, as it did a couple of nights ago!!
YEAH! Like, how many times do I have to carry my second battery outside just to see that my car is a FREAKIN HUGE pile of snow that I have to clear before I even try to start it!
Thanks to human fossil fuel burning in as little as a hundred years winter will be a forgotten memory and we will be growing oranges and bannanas as far north as Canada. YEAH!! Keep on burning!!
@ujean – lucky! Our house is at 48 degrees this morning. One morning last week, it was at 42. And the water in the barn froze for two days – hauling buckets out of the basement for 40+ thirsty goats is good exercise . . .
Why does it never snow, why do the leaves never fall? Why is it always spring here? I tell you there is one unicorn left in the world, and while it lives here we shall find no game in these woods – Last Unicorn.MAR may not be advanced enough to handle this type of magic tho. The ones Beale wrote of were ancient and very solitary.
The magic these ancients controlled was very noticable about the eyes. The surface did not reflect outside images. They projected views of the timeless forrest..There was one panel where Mar’s eyes projected the heavens. But it hasn’t happened since.

Someone must have heard them. On Wednesday it was rainy, with near freezing temps where they’re at, yesterday it was in the 50’s

I think Marigold could produce spring in the immediate area, though maybe not countrywide and not for very long.

I always say that around mid April-ish after a big snowstorm!
