Earl sometimes reminds me of a catchasing it’s tail.

“That’s an interesting question” can mean many things. Such as, “Hm, you’re right, I never thought of that before” or “I wish I knew, but those in authority will never reveal the answer” or even, “That’s none of your business.”

It’s from our hunting / gathering days. The women could stop and say – “Oh, look girls, do you think these berries might be good to eat?” But with the men if you stop and ask “Where should I stick the spear in?” the boar charging runs you down and your genes tend not to be of any further use.
