Marty Links son-in-law here. It’s Marty Monday! Here’s an interesting fun fact about Marty.
When Marty retired Emmy Lou in 1979 she began a 20 year run as an independent illustrator of greeting cards for Hallmark cards. During those 20 yrs, Marty sold over 40 million greeting cards and was one of Hallmark’s most successful sub-contractors. Her cards included the baby “just hatched” for new borns, Valentine’s day whimsical characters, Christmas, Mother’s Day and most of all her “everyday” fun cards.
