oo…and the kernels with butter on them hold on to the various types of debris from the floor so much better than the non buttered onesSince ,at the movies, popcorn is consumed in the dark, then you are unaware of the degree of flotsam you shoving into your mouth
Person #1: “Hey guys, I know how we can make our cinema get more money! How about we charge $4 for a box of candy and $5 for a bag of popcorn, and we can raise the price 25 cents for every other person who buys it!”
Person #2: Hey! That’s a great idea!
Person #3: I was thinking we could sweep up the popcorn that falls on the floor, and then put it back in the box to give back to the people!
Person #4: Hey! How about we do both! Then, we can save money and make more money at the same time!
my economics teacher told us that once, she saw someone grilling burgers at a fast food resterant, and he dropped a burger on the floor on accident, but picked it up, looked around, and put it back on the grill.
When I was little I was Dads helper on the weekends.
After a hard week working dad would send me to the
kitchen to fetch food, drinks, whatever needed as he relaxed..
I was mad at him one day for some reason and he asked me to get some Iced Tea..I went to the kitchen, poured the tea,and got ice for the glass..I dropped a few ice cubes by thedog dish(we had a sloppy/hairy dog)..I smiled to myself, picked the cubes off the floor and put them in dads drink. After a few minutes I heard him sputter in the next room.I wasn’t mad anymore…
What the heck, are you serious? Hahaha this strip was the best one I read so far today. Although, I don’t think I’ll ever eat at that movie theater, or ever buy popcorn again…

People think that I don’t eat popcorn at movie theaters because it’s overpriced. Here’s the real reason. Thanks for providing photographic proof.

How convenient – a popcorn machine right there in the auditorium! And the popcorn comes with experience!

Is it any wonder that a certain fast food chain uses a “clown” as it’s spokesperson? That “clown” is laughing at YOU!

Haha. Did you try the salad before you left? The words most heard in a restaurant when food is dropped is, “How bout that? Fell right on a napkin!”

Sticky floors.
I just thought of that theatre that Pee Wee Herman got arrested in. Eeww.
