…I love thee to anxious cliff of frightMy dreams trip o’er, when plunging out of sightOf the ends of the embankment paved space.I love thee most desp’rately every dayLike half worms love escaping crows allright.I love thee just like werewolves love to bite.I love thee sure as I think I’ll some day,Scoop out your brains, to map, or just peruseIn my old lab. So with your ling’ring wraith,Breathing down my neck I shall make the NewsBy baking zombies. I’ll zap back your breath,Like Frankenstein. My life, mine own love whoI shall but love she better after death.

Let’s think Positive! —At least Eva Rose is thinking of Lio at Valentine’s Day time!

I don’t think a safety word is going to work with Eva.

There once was a lover named LioWho wrote “come io ti amo” (1)He loves Eva RoseAs gocomics knows. But she only wants a nice KO.
(1) how Google translates “how do I love thee” into Italian
Simon_Jester about 12 years ago
Look at the bright side Lio, now you can honestly tell everyone that Eva’s been hitting on you

Does love mean joining the club?
skipper1992 about 12 years ago
Sadly, this will only encourage him, since he’s actually gotten a response from her.

@nerd inside, in Italian it is not necessary to put the pronoun in front of the verb as the verb ending gives it away.
So it is (more idiomatically) “come t’amo” or “quanto t’amo”

Maybe she should hook up with Sid the Toy Destroyer. After enough clubbing, it’s “How do I spade thee?”
meowlin about 12 years ago
How do I (heart) thee, how do I (club) thee….How about, how do I (spade) thee?
Popeyesforearm about 12 years ago
With that club he’s aced. He’s using a spade to find her a diamond.
