    And if you’re not one of the 1% gluten-intolerant people, you don’t need to avoid gluten. Gluten-free is needed for some people, but it seems that one person’s need becomes another’s fad diet.-This would be like Lactaid (lactose-free milk) becoming trendy. It’s just a lot harder to know if something has gluten than lactose.

    Some people look on monks as stronger than others because of their lifestyle. Some think monks look down on others because they are superior.

    Monks in general know how weak we are, and how much we need the lifestyle and its limits to keep us focused.
