Safely!? Obviously, his one good eye is not all that good…This could be a clever ploy to make sure the students follow ALL safety rules of the lab… However, the peg leg is a tough illusion to pull off for an entire school year!

First element: uranium 235.

My high school chem teacher (was also the Principal) used to teach us how to make propane bombs out of paint cans. Ah, the joys of a small town school…

Reminds me of an incident in my junior year in high school. The whole second floor of the building had to be evacuated til it got aired out. This was after a lab experiment…………

Calvin would love this class.

Time to rethink — Do I really need Chemistry 101?

I had a teacher like this in 8th grade. It was the best science class I ever had; hands on learning.
