@Teresa,In response to your comment about the Louisville sewer blast a couple of days ago, it was a Ralston-Purina soybean processing plant, and they did pay to fix the streets and other damage… almost $27 million dollars.

I’d to see American Adam Richman of Travel Channel’s “Man v. Food” try that steak.

The hard part is the potatoes. You’d have to eat them last, and quickly. All that starch makes you feel full. Someone mentioned only eating 4oz of meat per day? I normally eat about 36-44oz. (Atkins diet). My HDL/LDL and cholesterol levels are normal.

A cubit, typically is the length from the tip of a man’s middle (or “social”) finger, to the bend in his arm, or so I’ve heard. On me, that would be 17 inches. I think the directions were 40 cubits x 60 cubits, x 400 cubits. No mention of what to do with food storage, waste management, etc.

Colon cancer is so prevalent in Americans, that screening for it has become big business. If you have ever had a colonic, you would find you too have some undigested food in yours as well, even while you are alive and breathing, unless you are eating well and cleansing regularly. Not a topic many talk about, but the incidence of colon cancer in those who don’t pay attention to what and how they eat, speaks for itself. Big meat eaters who eat very little green leafy vegetables, if any veggies at all, are at highest risk.
