A typewriter? How quaint. But where do you get ribbons for one of those things these days?

Where do you get ribbons for a typewriter? At the same store you buy carbon paper!

Oh leave him alone. He’s not bothering anyone. You can get some things done while he’s out of the way.

My grandmother passed away last year at almost 98 years old. I treasure the memoir she left us, and only wish it had been written in even greater detail.

My first typewriter was an Olivetti portable, that I used throughout my high school and early college years. My mother used an old Royal Office until she learned how to use a computer in her early ’80’s. I have to admit a bit of nostalgia for the old typewriter but really prefer my laptop or PC to write with ( gotta love Spell Check, Thesaurus, etc. )

Hahahahaha! Calm down, Earl.
