I ended up looking like Rod Stewart (yeuk) with the bottom of my hair just below my chin. I looked in the mirror, then looked at the “stylist” and said, “This isn’t what I asked for”, then boldly walked out..I slagged off the salon to everybody I met.
I glommed onto the Andrew Sisters back in the Sixties thanks to TV Matinee movies starring Abbot and Costello. When I finally upgraded to CDs,I would raid the bargain bins at Circuit City for Big Bands and cheap classical music.

Pluggers ask for the barber/stylist to leave a little more hair around the ears to hide their hearing aids.
