Bouncer: Name please. Marigold: Marigold Heavenly Nostrils. Bouncer: And you have brought that human with whom I have heard you spend your time. Regardless, have fun. Phoebe & Marigold: THANKS!
I love the look of the new unicorn and I love how fast news travels of that human.I think Pheebs is enjoying the fame of being unusual too. I wish I knew all these new characters names though. Last time I was this hyped was Dakota’s Birthday.
For some reason, I read him with the voice of Mr Smith _ And did he foolishly just give them carte blanche permission to ‘HAVE FUN’… Oh let the fun begin :D
They will all drop their spectacles when the dancing starts and this dynamic duo takes to the floor. Unicorns must be like horses and lack flexible eye lenses. Horses can only see a blur when objects are very close to their eyes, so unicorns, despite their magical perfection must wear corrective lenses for reading and close detailed work.
The demographics for newspaper comics readers is completely different than that for online comics. The former skews much older and more conservative-this is borne out by the occasional comics poll that said newspapers will sometimes run-yes, old zombie strips like Andy Capp or Blondie will inevitably get the most votes.
There was this news story a few years back… http://www.nbcnews.com/id/25097986/ns/technology_and_science-science/t/unicorn-deer-found-italian-preserve/
I believe they are evolutionary possible, as are dragons and big foot and a few others. Some real world animals where once myth or are strange enough to be myth. I like the theory that says they all moved to the sea and became narwhals.
I’m not in the elderly demographic but I don’t usually find this comic funny, either. Cute and sweet, yes, which is why I keep coming back. (Loved the Sunday purple and pink.)
(Dana not ready yet. You have to deliver audience size, quality, and AHEAD OF SCHEDULE) .Glad the web is around for the newbies to cut their teeth on. Old publisher controlled system cuts out far too many budding talents.

I agree. Definitely quality writing and art. Too bad newspapers don’t realize that people want comics.
