Dogi has opposable thumbs as well as manners. I am impressed. And a little scared – dogs are mischievous; dogs with opposable thumbs can be devious.

Polydactyls do. Look up “Hemingway cats”. Cats can have opposable thumbs but I think they are just too lazy to use them and just cry and mew until we (the cat servants) feed them.
