C as in Chesapeake (George Lewis, 11/24/26-12/18/00)… Children’s show icon in the Baltimore/Pittsburgh/W.Va. areas…He was “Steamboat Bill” previously in W.Va., “Capt. Pitt”. in the Pittsburgh area, and “Capt. Cheasapeake” in Baltimore… he ended his shows each day in Baltimore with the saying that I was quoting above.
