Hullo all…. Back in the saddle again.

I waved at some cars on my way here too….

For some reason, as I walked along the sidewalk, they were honking and waving at ME….It made me so happy!

OH! Maybe they like my new hat!I’m so proud of it….I thanked the Monkey before the turn…and Stel and Bev for working on it.

And as I said there…. the Monkey is really the Head Grinder Operator….being the boss and all…but I love the hat!

How come you guys know pcolli is back?

I don’t see a post from him on either side of the turn…but I’ve been thinking it’s about time for him to return.

I guess it’s ok as long as those cars aren’t parked.

We have martinis when hubby comes home from work, but we don’t wave at cars – live on a cul-de-sac and there aren’t that many going by. Instead we wander around the garden checking out the flowers. A couple martinis and I can ignore the weeds.

At our old house a mile from the Big House, we’d take a few beers and sit on the berm, laughing at the pre- and post-game traffic jams. Go Blue!

Oooohhh…There goes an Edsel, thinks Barry, after quaffing his third martini.

It’s Forget About It Friday at the Tiki today ! I even heard that Munky might by a round… forget about it !One thing you won’t have to forget about is : Achiote and beer marinated grilled steak (Bistec asado), which I am going to be grilling up for anyone who wants some. I am going to do both beef and yak steaks marinated in a spicy achiote-beer mix and then basted while grilling with a spicy jalapeño cilantro salsa then served with the same salsa as a topping.For those of you who don’t want red meat, I have a very nice turkey…er… chicken salad ( sorry Storm ). It is ripe avocados stuffed with a refreshing salad made with chicken, tomato, onion, cilantro, and lime.Have a ’Naner Daiquiri or two and Forget About It !

Quite a party today. I just finished checking out that singer that Leaky mistook for me (over at DS). I would have no trouble doing her routine and (unlike her) I don’t need to cover my arms with fishnet (other parts if exposed, maybe, legs).

I love your whole outfit, Susan; purple glitter in the hair works well on you with your dress. I would do blue glitter in mine and dress either blue or red. And I always liked to stroll with my lovely Cuddles. I may eventually take her to something ceremonial like our Crown Tourney (where the next King is elected as last man standing in an entense battle, and the ladies wear their best).

I just realized I have an even better shot of Cuddles with the winner of one of those Tourneys. He later presented her with a scroll (calligraphy and illumination) as a member of the Royal Menagerie.

That said.. you also see multiple posts on the forums… but it’s not because the commenter saw two.Both are site glitches since the last “update”.. they should call them DOWN-dates!

If you see multiple posts they often go away If you refresh… or get worse.

That’s my album! I have the vinyl, but no player. The 40th Edition is on my iPod.

Shika, I just think that you don’t understand the nuances of this new upgrade. When you click on “Refresh Comments” it appears to you as though you posted twice, when in fact you didn’t. The best way to refresh is to click on the browser refresh. Your comment will then appear as a single comment.

If you try to delete what you think is a duplicate post, both posts will disappear. I know this from experience.

Change is not necessarily for the better, especially where this site is concerned.

I still have all my old vinyl and something to play it on. But I’m also building my CD collection of most of the same and then some.
