The show wouldn’t happen to be Arrested Development, would it?

Let me think If I was a parent from the 80s Marithioning my fav show what would it be? M*A*S*H,Full House, ALF,Cheers,Simpsons, Cosby Show,Quantum Leap,Star Trek TNG, Maybe Hey Arnold? They could have named there doughtier after one of the characters on that show. That would explain a lot.

But what would Phoebe do if she could do any thing? Stay up past her bed time? Watch a movie? make rude noises? play ball in the house? neglect her home work? have friends over? I would hope nothing so mundane when one has a magical unicorn one should party to extremes. She should have her house flown to the clouds, turn her self in to a griffin and wish all her possessions where made of marshmallows.

No one wishes Dana better luck than me, but today’s joke is topical to the point of being ephemeral.

When Dana’s hot, she’s nipping at the heels of Schulz and Watterson… if the jokes were more timeless, rooted in human nature, that could be the last necessary push.

Just sayin’.

I’m pretty sure this joke will still make sense for as long as there’s an internet with a video on demand service on it.

(Also, re-read Watterson. He made a few timely references too!)

I have to agree with you, Prof2, this is actually my favorite strip now. It is often funny, sometimes heartwarming, and in some cases both at once. Dana Simpson is clearly a genius.

Then it’s time to get something to drink.

When you are riding a unicorn, what more could you want?

I just spent the last two days trail riding, does Marigold have a remedy for a sore butt?
