Our Ghost in Boulder Says:A late My Guitar Bob Is Betterân yore Gitar Bob, Saturday !
Number Three said, about 10 good dogs ago
@Gweedo MurrayThe only long comments I would take great pleasure in skipping over are talks of religion or politics. Itâs not like youâre talking about those things. What youâre saying is a lot more interesting and enjoyable to read.-I loved it when you mentioned about the little dogs âBiggy & Twiggyâ Love the names! Yesterday I was walking behind this couple and the man had this very big dog on the leader⊠I THINK it was an Alsatian but I donât know many dog breeds either. It kept turning itâs head around and pulling a little on the leader and I happened to be walking near it and it went towards me and I got scared and backed away and the man must have noticed I was scared and he said âHeâs all rightâ meaning that the dog wouldnât try to bite me or go for me which I was relieved to hear.-Iâm a bit scared of dogs⊠Please donât laugh.-I hope your new drill works great especially if you are going to use it often.-Have a nice Saturday and you may have noticed that Iâve added little paragraph marks in your comment so it wonât look crowded. Hope you donât mind but it looks easier to read now Iâve done that.
I like your paragraph dividers. I have gotten my share of mutts that donât like me, and for no known reason. Met plenty of never befores who came on like I was their oldest best bud too. Thanks ! Â Despite the kind of words I have passed through the âgoatâ, I donât care to present and then fan hot button stuff, like what you mentioned above. -The Buckaroos played outside at the Isabel Farm stand this evening. There was a good turnout. Barb was quite the peacock, with her multicolored tie dyed dress. They all played great and I enjoyed where Bob [Dobro] stood up; you got a good look at what he was playing, and there were some good licks ! -The drill did two jobs today; a hopefully successful attempt at repairing the weed digging tool handle and drilling perimeter holes for the cutout piece in the truck. The holes are where I can get the hacksaw blade in to start the cuts. I cut the whole thing by hand.. which took a significant portion of the day in order to avoid cutting connector wires or the plastic gasoline tank. Success !-I took shots of the car and the band and when Iâve recovered from this day long activities I will see about linking them. -Wishing you a good Sunday.
SK International Submainers, eh? Well that Girl Band could kick any BBâs Rear, lest You count the Beatles and Monkees, but limited appeal to-mi; i like the Ramones version better, etc. MY idea of great girl Punk with almost ZERO appeal; just a select few. Our Lit Frat House named a Cat after the Song; true Storie^^That band was terrible; if you prefer that to Shonen Knife, you need a lobotomy! :p (Limited appeal is RIGHT!)
Okay, I found some better jokes. I hope no one takes offense. Iâll spread them out over several days. I got them from a lady I know on Facebook.
My wife and I were watching Who Wants To Be A Millionaire while we were in bed. I turned to her and said, âDo you want to have Sex?â âNo,â she answered. I then said, âIs that your final answer?â
She didnât even look at me this time, simply saying, âYes..âSo I said, âThen Iâd like to phone a friend.âAnd thatâs when the fight startedâŠ
What a weekend. My wife came home Thursday night. And she gave me a honey do list immediately. Our great nephew graduated high school today. Most of the list involved shopping for that. We had a cookout at my sisterâs-in-law house. There were forty people. Give or take. Mostly Grand kids from Dylanâs age on down. It was a noisy raucous good time. I love the sounds of kids at play. I did have to protect my walking stick. Sadly I need it badly enough that I dare not let one of the kids get away from me with it. I ate too much but thatâs okay, they took the calories out before serving.
@afficionado, @beviekHere in Holland we had a very cold and wet spring. But finally the sun is out so my wife and I went for a bike ride through the countryside. We still had to struggle against quite a chilly wind, but we enjoyed the ride a lot, in particular on our way back when the wind was blowing in our back, pushing us like an elephant.
I still got it too, Andy. Trouble is, no one wants to catch it. Friend of mine once said, âThat chick smiled at meâ. I said, âI donât blame her, first time I saw you I broke out laughing.â
I still got it too, Andy. Trouble is, no one wants to catch it. Friend of mine once said, âThat chick smiled at meâ. I said, âI donât blame her, first time I saw you I broke out laughing.â
Top oâ the morning, Cappers! Iâve been out of circulation for a week . With all the talent in this section, Iâm sure I wasnât missed very much, but itâs great to be back.Andy has always been a rogue, and is even funny when heâs shot down in flamesâŠ
Did I mention; forget to remember Dusty? Home in Memphis and in Andyâs CabalWhatâs that I smell?!?Andyâs "Home Cookinâ " ? Itâs only the CanalItâs only the CanalAndy She obviously Donât Want to Hear It Anymore
I am glad the âBuckaroosâ put on yet another great perfomance. I think I still remember all their names. Iâll have a go: Bassman Todd, Dobro Bob, Hippy Paul and Barb.
I bet Iâve missed one out⊠LOL.
But the names are very cool.
And thatâs good to hear that the work with the drill was successful. Sorry to hear it took up most of the day but it sounds like it was worth it.

Thatâs okay. The âGoatâ does it alla time...Thanks for the ReCapps, Sandy. Nice to be back to doubled barrel fun, you ânâ Chalkbored. ..The chest is too big for Edda, but the hair color and attitude are juuuust right !..Mikeyâs got this one zipped up tight !
I am reading âPeople will Talkâ an âoldâ book by a Canadian who loved the OLD movies and its stars and photographers, and is full of the wisdom of Hurrell, Barbara Stanwyck, Ingid Bergman, Kate Hepburn, Howard Hawks, etcâŠvery informative and gives a background to previous stories in very dissimilliar (sp?) earlier books/stories that one could only wonder about and try to research but led to nothingâŠits pretty good if you are into that sort of thingâŠGweedo had loaned me a book via Ken that fascinated meâŠâHow the Other Half LivesââŠit was full of photoâs from the late 1800âs featuring the areas that were THE SLUMS and featured Hellâs Kitchen, Little Italy, Chinatown, what was known as Little Jeruselam was given a different name but included Hester Street and thats as Jewish as you could get in New York at the timeâŠit was a fascinating book to me as a student of history from the late 80âs to the mid 40sâŠanyway, didnt mean to carry on, but I am a book lover and reader and was just answering the questionâŠâWhat are you reading?ââŠ
Gweedo does more than arrange book loans, he also says:A lazy Sunday afternoon
They sure did, Three !  You got the names, although she calls herself Barbara âJoâ⊠sheâs probâly just a âBarbaraâ when sheâs not on. Thanks on the drill and Sunday is going nice ânâ slow today.
What Popeye is about is; the boys fighting over Olive Oyl or her being in some distress where Popeye âsaves herâ after pumping down a âcan of the greenâ. There are occasional distractions of Sweeâ Pea, Wimpy and that bad olâ Sea Hag. We canât forget the rare visit by Professor Wattasnozzle and Eugene the Jeep. Inane cartoon violence at some of its finest !..Great Aunty cartoon, Linda. ..And thatâs MEGweedo, sayinâ that !!,⊠through the erazed Chalkbored gossip column. ..Send Dusty over here, P, I know what to do with herself.

Well, whatâd you expect? Andy Capp (the comic strip, not the stripâs title character) has been going on since 5 August 1957.
