Mom's best guess he... he one of... of... members of Motley Cr-Cr-Crue! Joanie: Oh. Well, the whole band could be coming to the wedding? Toggle: Uh... Alex: Dude! How cool would that be?

Sigh. " Summer reruns"? What happenedto Alex? We left her on the ground, at graduation.

I remember this particular strip very wellâŠitâs hilarious that Joanieâs first thought upon pondering Leoâs possible parentage is to entertain the possibility that all candidates might take an interest.

This puts him one up on Beavis and Butt â Head; their dads were only ROADIES for Motley Crue!

Ah yes, the sex and drugs culture of the sixties that was going to change the world . And look what a pretty world they made.

Donât you just hate it when your favorite series ends the season on a cliffhanger, and you have to go through all summer just imagining what might have happened?

âFirst comment. GT has reached a singular point of irrelevancy.â.OK then, you wonât be missed.

MerpâŠI notice that you are READING all these stupid comments. Where is YOUR freakinâ life?
JR6019 over 11 years ago
The guy raving against the 60âs reminds me of the time someone wrote into a magazine about the death of Timothy Leary. The writer felt it was a perfect example of how drugs and the 60âs lifestyle would kill you. The man was 75! While this is not extremely old, it was not extremely young either. Love him or hate him, his life was not cut short by drugs. That fact was lost on the letter writer.

Yet, he is still relevant enough for you to point out that you are the first to post a comment on a rerun of a strip from a year ago.

I think Finbar Gurdyâs point is Mötley CrĂŒe represents the excesses that Reagan and his crew glorified.

Thing I Like about re-runs: noticing details you missed the first time. In panel 2, collar shirt is buttoned up nicely, by 4 itâs undone and rumpled.

Jaysus, merp, what the f are you doing here? Havenât you got a LIFE? Like SOMEWHERE ELSE? GO THERE! PLEASE!
STAY THERE.

There goes the whole field of literary criticism. I mean, are people writing whole books about Shakespeare? Donât they know itâs not real, for peteâs sake?

Gramm is typical liberal. Wants to make sure we are all equal until it affects her family. Leo has a questionable past and Mom may be a tramp. Not likely to be accepted into Grammâs family.

Good save Gram!!! And yes, Motley Crue is not from those âawfulâ sixties, itâs from those âeven worseâ eighties, nineties and uh-ohs. And thanx QuiteDragon for filling in the reasons why.

(Blows up merp) Problem solved! Treatment for troll exposure: continue to read comics and ponder their deeper meanings. :-)
