All of the plastics sold to the public should be infused with powdered metal [of a type to set off detectors] to keep these “guns” off of our planes.

    “Sound to put out fires??”

It will go with the device that emits frequency that makes your skin feel like it is burning. Part of civil disobedience tools to be used against whomever they choose.

Actually it won’t pass the detectors. It still requires two metal parts and is still detectable because of them. Plus it’s a smooth bore, with their notorious unreliability, and will only stand the stress of a single shot.

Despite all that, it’s still a horribly dangerous item and the ATF bureau forced the developer to remove all plans for it from public access. Unfortunately the plans were up long enough that thousands of people downloaded them. =(

Don’t care much for guns but…it isn’t bullets or bombs, the deranged or stone cold that kill the most people. It is the automobile and the drunk, distracted or delusional (those who think they are good drivers) that kill the most.Just assume you are a bad driver and pay attention.

Any sound that would put out a fire would also put out anyone’s ears who happened to be around…

I really wonder, why are all these people screaming about guns, when FAR more, I mean, WAYYYYYY more people, die from car accidents every year?

Seriously people. WAY more people are killed from abortion than guns. But you guys jump for joy over that.

    Sick, sick sick…..

(which is why I don’t pay attention to you, perhaps, if you complained about ALL of them, then maybe, just maybe you would have a point. But all you have is irrational fear.)

Loud noise? And kill the hearing of all nearby people.Noise can be scary powerful.I think it can, at low enough but extrememly loudness levels, kill people.

Smoothbores are essentially inaccurate, not unreliable….

The Anti-Freedom types went ape-doodoo because of nominal undetectability. ATF because they’d not written regulations that could keep individuals from rolling their own.

Gunpowder and priming materials are really the only thing that’s yet to be easily available, and the former’s pretty easy to make. In any case, a good machinist, even if stuck with just hand tools, can make superb firearms. Finding ammunition may be a bigger problem, but there are ways….
