I feel like that about the mice on ‘Overboard’.

http://www.gocomics.com/overboard/2008/09/21 . I don’t understand. Why are the mice so disliked and unpopular?

They don’t really fit the pirate theme, plus Louie is our favorite. They’re a relatively new addition to the strip, and have been featured quite heavily. Some of us are just tired of them, I guess.

C’mon, little girl. What bad things will happen? Maybe one of the bad things will be that your hairbuns grow little bunettes.

Never discount the wrath of little girls.

The real irony is that bad things are already happening and a sighting of Hello Kitty is no longer required. That she exsists is enough. BADTZ MARU FOR LIFE!

I prefer to keep the real world and my cartoon world separate. It’s too depressing otherwise. Cartoons are my temporary escape from all the really bad stuff happening out there.

My advice: If you don't want to see Hello Kitty, then don't read today's Frog Applause.

That was bad, but the cuppy cake song was pure torture! ARRgh!

I used to have a Hello Kitty mug. Every time I’d throw it away, I’d later find it in my kitchen cabinet. One day it just disappeared.

I should add that I lived alone at the time, so no one else was putting the mug back in the cabinet. I’m convinced that evil kitty forces were at work.

Irope, be afraid, be very afraid…

At least now we know who to blame.
