That’s a lotta hate.

Most women just hate my guts. I don’t recall ever being hated at the cellular level.

My mitochondria digested all their DNA, so you’ll have to just hate me for me.

Just the mitochondrial DNA? That's not very much, I can handle that.

Incidentally, re painedsmile's comment: Sloop's mitochondrial DNA is (barring an unlikely mutation) identical to his (biological) mother's! (There are no mitochondria in sperm, hence no mitochondrial DNA from the biological father.)
