Police Officer: I pulled you over because you were exceeding the speed limit.
Brutus: But everyone was speeding - why did you single me out?
Police Officer: You were the only one going slow enough for me to catch.
That really does happen. I was once in the back of the line, and the pack was pulling away from me, and yet I was the one who got pulled over. I asked the officer that very question, and he said, “because you were the first one I came to.”
Here in Northern California, the CHP calls it “freight-training” !If there’s 6 vehicles involved, they’ll usually get 2-3 of ’em and then radio ahead with the description of the others; this being on non-freeway road I might add !!!

the rule in ca is you must drive with the traffic if everyone’s doing 45 in a 40 zone you have to stay in the right lane or something like that?
