Isn’t Angie Sanchez one of the girls who was temporarily crazy about Terry Gallagher last fall?

I’m confused already. Panel 2 the “girls” are wearing what appears to be handcuffs. In panel 3 they have gotten out of them. So is this mission they are starting on the start of a two girl magic show with Tip as their lovely assistant?
