My two cents or less worth: by the looks of the background, maybe they’re out of town, and they found an old heap remnant of some construction, and it’s overgrown by weeds and grass. OR, it’s a cartoon and Roger just had it drawn in! Ha. Other inane rationalizations welcome. I’ll take my hands away from the keyboard now ……

man I wish had that hill where I live, for sledding of course.

well, considering the fact that the hill is at a 90 degree angle, that means that last year he needed a cliff.
