I wish I had kept all the boxes for my Matchbox cars.

If the box has never been opened, how does anyone know what’s in it?! In reality all you’re collecting or displaying is the box. I’d much rather see the toy car on display!

Wasn’t this the moral of “Toy Story 2”?

I don’t have vintage toys but my colection of comic books go back nearly 30-years. But I’ve read every books, as opposed to putting each book in a sealed bag right away. Then I put them in bags.

Toys don’t have feelings. If I want to keep you in the box so that I can get $100 for you on Antiques Roadshow, that’s my prerogative!

Long before Toy Story, the King of the Island of Misfit Toys reminded us that, "A toy is never happy unless it has a child to play with it . . . "
