Well Rusty Boy is leading the pack; and another historic episode is marked on the pages of Ballard Street. Burying this bone will take some team work, but they have cleared the Mall and the Park and are half way home running on a fast track. I guess the leadership value of any dog with a two gun and holster set is as important now as it has ever been. As usual Teddy is in the rear carrying the heavy load and Trooper is conspicuous in his absence. Trooper is not without his merits; his tenacity to a fault is never in doubt. He’s a schemer, good with details, unusually consistent when it comes to follow through and follow up. But you never know how he will respond to the stress of the moment; sometimes on the front line for good or for bad and sometimes under the bed watching and waiting. Therapy has not been as effective as the other dogs had hoped. The truth be known, it was Ms Millie along. Her idea, her planning and the sweet reward of her attention, as always is the driving force. Helen of Troy may have launched a thousand ships, but Ms Millie has launched a thousand day dreams, just ask any of the guys. Keep on truch’in guys, you are so far over the top, not even Shirley saw this coming.

Linguist, just saw your comment the other day about the Bridges family. Lucky you! That must have been an experience, and it’s good to know they are good people. He and his wife must have done a wonderful job raising their family amongst all that Hollywood hype.
