All of the above are great – Genesis with Peter Gabriel, The Who… And for more recent groups, I like Crash Test Dummies and Mumford & Sons.

Dorsey Brothers and all the other big bands that followed. My dad was a band leader and played piano and trombone. He had a Hollywood contract that was voided when Fox merged with 20th Century (I think I’m glad- he went into Real Estate and did very well).

Too many good ones to pick a favorite. Plus I like music from classical, big band, regge, rock from all eras, some older metal, newer country isn’t too bad…..you get the idea. It’s easier to pick who I don’t like, Neil Diamond is one.

And I fogot my ALL TIME FAVORITE, BARRY WHITE AND THE LOVE UNLIMITED ORCHESTRA, O.A.R., Thriving Ivory, Marshall Tucker, The Who, Pat Benatar, The Fray, Daft Punk, Collective Soul, Duran Duran, ELO, and some not so famous, like King Harvest, Carolina Liar,I guess I just like music, except most country. There are even a couple rapp songs I like, but only about 2 or 3.

DAZZ grew up with my mom listening to Glenn Miller, The Dorseys, etc. and I love jazz too!

Cheyenne Civic Concert Band, in which my choir director and a lawyer I’ve done a few shows with play clarinet, my former pastor plays trombone, and several other friends play other instruments. As an audience volunteer, I was one of the “Fighting Elvi” (plural of Elvis) when they did “Godzilla Eats Las Vegas” last year (https://www.facebook.com/groups/80968173434/#!/photo.php?fbid=10150930170206572&set=t.100000001760336&type=3&theater – I’m in the blue shirt at left if this opens for you).

And I have to add Lynyrd Skynyrd to my favorites of the 70’s as well as Ronstadt, Paul Simon, Jackson Browne, Styx, early Queen and Clapton.

Fellow Baby Paul Simon and Ronstadt were okay, but the rest I would agree on as well! And what about a lot of Bob Dylan’s stuff, not all, but some was pretty good.

And I feel the same way about Scaggs as you do about Ronstadt, Fellow Baby. We were bound to have some differences.
