It was Louis XVI not Louis XIV who was beheaded in the French revolution. Cartoons are much funnier if the underlying facts are straight.

Of course, now that I think of it, Louis XIV is the one who supposedly said “Après moi, le déluge”. Mayhap he is looking at water beds?

Charles I of Great Britain would also have been an acceptable answer.
