Common sense has settled in.
We were kicked out of the house after breakfast and told not to come back till dinner time. Seems to me that was a lot better than sitting around and turning into a slug, with no imagination, playing games alone.
Before there were video games (and skateboards) there were cheap comic books.
A barn full of Old Stuff, another barn/shed full of ancient tools. ’Twaz FUN !!
Not entirely true; just from observation by walking around my neighborhood, it’s clear that at least some of “then” exists even “now.”
