There IS a ray of hope for Stephen here.Stephanie has roughly about the same chance of a macho-jock-guy âthinking that wayâ about HER as she does of finding a jackpot-winning Powerball ticket on the sidewalk. And like CSN said, âIf you canât be with the one you loveâŠ.â
Reading this and the comments has been really fascinating. Just for the record Iâm a girl and I never liked macho jerks. I love scifi, comic books and art, and Iâve always dated guys who love scifi, comic books and art. Certain types of girls are attracted to macho jerks, girls that are often objectified in scifi, comic books and art strangely enoughâŠ. I think this stereotype can be true on both sides, some girls like macho guys; nice guys seem to be attracted to those types of girls sadly.
I know how you feel StephanâŠâŠat least you are a friend. When the âcuteâ guy dumps her in the trash.Be a friend and help her out.If that is all you ever be then it is meant that way.
You canât ignore the hormones. Theyâre a third of the nature, and they never look at consequences. Itâs the brainâs job to direct attention elsewhere when future trouble warning pops up. Brain can not shut hormone off. It has to wear off..Until about 1890, even in the US, the parents chose the mate because a kid is hormone soup. They were recognized as being incapable of choosing (using brain) for themselves. Anyone marrying for romance alone was legal age 21 and a fool, or too poor to have a choice.

So remember women, if your husband prefers to see the football in place to take you our or spend time with you, is because you rejected the nice guy.

I read âblow guys upâ as âblow-up guysâ at first. That could come later when sheâs still single.
