That whole movie switched for me after the collapse of the economy and the sub prime lending issues – turns out Old Man Potter was correct in not just giving anyone a loan. Am I commenting on a comic strip here…sorry got off track…

I hate this movie. It’s a story of the surrender of dreams and ambition to conformity and mediocrity. However, I can understand why people would ignore that and mistake this for a movie about love and goodwill.
