Man: The kid owed the boss some money. And the boss always gets what's coming to him! Rip Haywire: Well, the highwayman has something coming to him, all right. Man: You mean your fists, don't you? good ole Rip! Not only is this a Rip CLASSIC but Rip has lots of Class as well. Back in November I only wish that it was Rip that arrested me, and he beat the heck out of the 1 bad cop involved. I will post the post trial results 4/14/14

I was thinking that the Highwayman might be Cobra, until the thug said “him” in the third panel. That doesn’t mean that Cobra isn’t mixed up with him in someway. Why else would she have shown up?

Okay Rip, Now that the thug has talked, you can let him go. Since you didn’t read him his rights, anything he said would be inadmissible anyway.-Good thing TNT is around to act as a counterbalance. Rip seems to have either a surplus of confidence, or a deficit of brains. Not sure which. But I like it!
